Yes! Each vendor space includes one 4ft table, two chairs, and access to an electrical outlet.
You’re welcome to bring your own smaller table or display racks, as long as everything fits within your assigned 4x4 ft area.
If you need extra space, an additional 4x4 ft booth can be added for $450.
Yes, you may share a space with a friend.
However, one representative must complete the application and submit the full payment on behalf of both vendors.
Submitting the application and payment does not guarantee acceptance.
All applicants will be notified of their approval status in early November.
If your application is not accepted, we’ll issue a full refund.
Once you’ve received an acceptance notice, the payment becomes non-refundable — unless the event itself is canceled.
